If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us within 30 days. We will provide you with instructions how to return the item to us and get the right one. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please keep in mind that personalized items (e.g. engraved dog tags) cannot be returned. We will provide a replacement if we engrave it incorrectly and the information you gave us when placing an order was correct.
Any time there is something wrong and you are not happy, email us at email@example.com and let us fix it! If there is nothing wrong with the item but you need to return it, you are responsible for covering the postage.
Please be advised that we cannot accept returns of personalized items like engraved dog tags with your name if the engraving is the same as requested.
